Free Trial Reminder

Before you start your subscription, we offer a 7-day free trial that includes free credits. Please be sure to try our free trial to see if Linkedpal may be a good fit for you before you start any subscriptions with us.

Linkedpal aims to offer an outstanding service to all its customers. However, if for whatever reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly process refunds under the following terms and conditions:

How to Request a Refund

Should you wish to refund your subscription or any purchases for whatever reason, please follow the steps below:

  1. Please notify us via this email: support@linkedpal.io
  2. Please allow us to evaluate if your refund request meets the conditions mentioned below
  3. If your refund is accepted, we will notify you via the email you have sent a refund request from.

Time Period

Refunds will only be processed within a 30 day window of each purchase of a subscription or credits from our credit store. No refunds may be issued past the 30 day timeframe.

Subscription Credit Usage

Users must have not spent at least 50% or more credits from subscriptions during the 30 day refund period. Refunds can not be processed should users have less than 50% of their original starting amount after purchasing their subscription.

Due to company policy, we may only refund 50% of your subscription. In case you decide to request a refund, we highly recommend users to use up to 50% of their credits.

Extra Credit Purchases

Users may receive refunds for any and all extra credits they purchase through the credit store. However, the same 30 day refund period applies to all extra credits purchased.

Excluded Items

All items with the exception of the following are eligible for refunds:

  • Items on sale
  • Final sale items
  • Special order items
  • Items purchased through special promotions

We refuse the right to refuse any refunds if the conditions do not meet the above requirements or criteria per the discretion of management.

Refund Time Frame

Please allow up to 2 weeks excluding weekends or holidays for us to process your refunds. This time period includes processing time from banks and payment processors.
